I found this bill and would like to know more information and the current value. The serial number is 0846039 and in the lower left hand corner is the number 26.

I have one of these with the number 19 in lower left hand corner. The numbers, 0699405 in upper right hand corner. perfect condition and still crisp and non-circulated.
