Don't be surprised by the amount of municipal issues listed here... Samar is the one province for which municipal issues are easier to find than provincial issues. Don't get me wrong... they are still hard to find, and fun to track down, and a nice cross-sampling like this one shows the varying conditions that the municipalities had to work (and live) under. |
