The last American issue in the Philippines, and the last one directly resulting from the war, the Victory series contains many very colorful notes. There are star notes, just like in other issues under American authority. There are also signature combinations which are harder to find.  The signature combinations are as follows:

  1. S. Osmena and J Hernandez (w/ title of Auditor General) [most common]
  2. S. Osmena and M. Guevara (w/ title of Treasurer) [100 & 500 only - rare]
  3. M. Roxas and M. Guevara (not found on 1, 5 or 10 - rarest on others]

There were also Victory notes with a `Central Bank of The Philippines´ overprinted on the revers in red.  The fronts of the notes look the same as these, but the backs can be seen here.
